My Why

After more than two decades in healthcare administration & revenue cycle management, I've witnessed a pattern that never sat right with me: overworked teams, broken workflows, money left on the table, & leaders doing their best without the tools or support they needed to succeed.

 

I've always seen the gaps & worked diligently to fix them. But it wasn't just about systems, it was about people. I witnessed incredible managers who weren't set up to thrive, front desk teams tossed into chaos & held accountable for processes they were never trained on, & providers drowning in administrative headaches instead of focusing on patient care.

I launched Guidry Practice Solutions (GPS) because I knew there was a better way. A more human, efficient, intentional way to support healthcare teams.

GPS is built on my passion for empowering practices, especially small & midsize groups with the tools, structure, and confidence to operate as a high-performing organization. I don't just fix problems. I build solutions that stick, mentor teams, and create workflows that pay off in time, money, and peace of mind. Every SOP, KPI dashboard, & training program I build is guided by one goal: to help practices thrive, not just survive.
