Hi, I’m Lisa — founder of GPS Healthcare Consulting, and someone who believes that great systems and meaningful relationships go hand in hand. While I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping healthcare practices streamline operations and thrive, I also know that business is personal. Whether I’m working with a provider to untangle a revenue cycle issue or helping a team improve their day-to-day flow, my focus is always on practical solutions that actually work — and make life a little easier in the process.​

When I’m not diving into healthcare strategy, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen with a glass of wine and a cookbook (Fun Fact, I read them like novels — I’m all about the story behind the food). I love exploring wineries, testing new recipes, trying new restaurants and spending time with my family. I also try to keep life in balance by staying active — whether it’s going for a walk, getting in a workout, or just finding ways to move and recharge. These are the moments that fill my cup and fuel the work I do.
